Andy has a knack of spotting and recommending the tweaks and alterations needed, without feeling he has to change everything. The lessons are clear and give me the confidence to make the changes that he suggests and see the results. He's very easy going and good at letting me know the parts of my game that he is happy with so I am left with clear focus on the areas to work on.

In short, I like your style of explaining and lack of "showing off" in how you approach each client. I understand what you are saying and why, albeit putting it into practice is another matter!
